I am a graphic designer and digital marketer.
I was born in England, grew up in Scotland and moved to Northern Ireland in 2011.
I have over 25 years experience of community engagement, administration and project management in various local authorities. From a fire service in Merseyside to a housing association in Edinburgh and finally a borough council in County Armagh.
During lockdown I decided I didn't want to return to “my normal” so I retrained as a graphic designer at Belfast Metropolitan College. It is here I fell in love with all things design! I'm especially drawn to typography, poster design and type led activism.
It is very important to me to use my work to help bring about social change and support vulnerable groups.
I live in Newcastle, County Down with my husband and three young children. This is where I run my freelance graphic design and digital marketing company, Beloved Meadow.
